Description
Throttle Cable Protector is especially useful when bike lands upside down or hit by some obstacles. Due it reduces changes that the hit will damage throttle cable sleeve and aluminium casing. Damaged throttle cable sleeve can cause throttle malfunctions. It protects the OE rubber boot which can be easily broken.
Test result show that it works very well.
Fits to KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS TPI 2-stroke motorcycles.
Fits to KTM and Husqvarna 4-stroke motorcycles since 2015 (throttle control casing part No 79002010025). Also fits GASGAS 4-stroke since 2021.

Installation
Clean the OE throttle cables rubber boot from dust. Place the protector over OE rubber boot so that the open area is directed towards cables and split line is at the bottom. Stretch the protector over the rubber boot as on the picture. Insert cable tie into groove as on the picture and tighten it. Loosen the throttle bolts if necessary before and do not forget to tighten those back when installation is complete.
